Student Reservations

Thank you for your interest in our Hillel.

 

In order to reserve a space, which is first come, first serve, please complete and submit this reservation form 3 weeks in advance for approval.

 

Please note that as a student group the room is FREE. The following has costs, please inquire within:

 

  • The AV (Audio Visual) systems (Big Screen - $100 per event)
  • Room reservations after 6pm or on weekend ($10 per hour, from beginning to end of your function)
  • Conference Call Facilities

 

Please submit the saved form to Maureen Harakaly, our office manager, via email, in person, or contact her at 860.429.9007.
